Refunds & Return Process

To Return a Product, send an email to the below address for approval and Return Material Authorization Number. Credit is issued upon receipt and inspection of the material. If replacement product is required, please place a new order in the system.
Returns may be made for any reason as long as within 30 days of purchase and material is returned in the original packaging in new condition.
Opened material may not be returned due to the nature of Traceability requirements. If you have any questions on the return process, please contact us at the below email.
